Refund policy

The Pink Cowgirl will allow a full refund for items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages.

You have 21 calendar days to mail out an item from the date you received it. Items must also be returned with all tags and labels attached and must be in their original packaging such as shoeboxes and dust bags.

To return an item for a full refund, please contact us to let us know about the situation. Then place the item(s) securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase/receipt. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your order.

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned order. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
