SHIPPING
Shipping is priced based on when you would like your package to arrive. The customer selects their method of shipping at check out. All shipments and deliveries happen on business days and does not include weekends or holidays.
The Pink Cowgirl cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to conditions beyond our control. These conditions include but not limited to severe weather or service carrier issues.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange in size or color, or for store credit. Please see more information below regarding our return policy.
You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. All returned items must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages. Items must also be returned with all tags and labels attached and must be in their original packaging such as shoeboxes or dust bags.
To return an item, please contact us to let us know about the situation. Then place the item(s) securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase/receipt. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUND POLICY
The Pink Cowgirl does not accept refunds. All sales are final. If you would like to exchange your item or return your item for store credit, please see our Return Instructions.
